My step-dad, or the man who married my mother, celebrated his 77th birthday yesterday and we went to visit him bringing food and a cake.It was a good trip, a good day and on the way home our son decided that it was a good idea to puke all over the car, himself and stink up the car and the rest of the trip.
So we decided to keep him home from school so that he could rest and get a little better and come back on Monday, stronger and better.
Personal note
Since my early teens I've been struggling with dark moments, or depression if you will, and today is one of those days.So be it. I'll get through it as I've always done.
