Major life changes and zrep updates

Well, I've just sent an email to our landlord letting him know that we are heading to Spain in 3 months.
It's a bit scary. We've been in this house for almost 4 years and it's our home. It is, however time to embrace changes.

4 years, time to move

We've been thinking about this move for quite some time and today was the last day for us to give up the house we've been living in for 4 years.
Our son isn't happy about the move, but we believe he'll be fine once we get to Spain.

I've also been looking for a place to live and a few days ago I found a great house. It's not where I originally wanted to live, but the house is as close to perfect for us in many ways. It's big enough, it's close to one of the schools for our son, it's relatively cheap to rent and it's a house. Not an appartment, not a semi-detached house. It's a proper house. As a bonus it has a pool...

Updates on zrep

I've been working really, really hard for the past month to get zrep up and running. The command line client is working OK and I've focused all my attention on creating a great web based system and web page for it.
Take a look for yourselfExternal site icon and let me know what you think. I'm close to opening up registration for new users. There are many things that I want to incorporate into the back-end, but at the moment I'm trying to fix the bugs before launch.

I think I will have to start small and perhaps send invitations to the Mageia Community as a first step before going completely public.

I've modelled the web page on both PyPi and npmjs web sites in terms of design language. Trying to keep things as simple as possible, I decided to not use SQL as the backend of the website. It serves almost pure HTML. It is sent through a simple PHP script, but there are now SQL queries so the pages should load fairly quick.

The dasbboard uses SQL in some functions, but I'm trying to minimize the use to keep things snappy.

So this is my update for now.
